2021 Speakers:   61 Speakers from 22 Countries

All of our speakers shared practical solutions to help our attendees to be able to take action immediately. From CEOs to a Harvard professor, from employees to consultants, we had a very diverse group of experienced speakers from every continent on Earth (except Antarctica) sharing their best tips and advice with our attendees. 2021 Attendees:   1,515

With 5 weeks of only social media marketing on LinkedIn, and no money spent on ad spend, we generated just over 1,500 people signing up to attend our Free Virtual Lean Summit.  This year we are planning to triple the time we advertise to increase our audience size to a goal of 5,000 attendees.

Attendees were from:   85 Countries

We had a very diverse and engaged audience that participated throughout the world.  It was a very engaged group, many of whom attended almost every session.  The engagement on the sessions chats, on the Q&A section, and in our meet & greet sessions really helped to make this virtual audience seem like it was an in-person event.

I am interested in continuously improving the experience, and so this year I am going to be adding some new sessions to this year’s summit and enhancing other aspects of the summit.  Here are a few of the things that we will be doing this year:

  • A Daily Lean Debate Session
  • Enhanced Meet & Greet Sessions with the Attendees

The Summit is July 20th – 22nd, and we will be having a few speakers and forum members speaking live, however the majority of speaker sessions will be pre-recorded in front of a live audience.  I’m calling it a “Summit within a Summit”.  For daily themes, we will be doing the pre-recordings for those sessions during 2-week windows.  The speaker recording session schedule is planned as follows:

DAY 1: Embarking on Your Lean Journey              May 30th – June 12th

DAY 2: Establishing a Lean Culture Change          June 13th – June 26th

DAY 3: Embracing Lean Thinking                            June 27th – July 10th
